Iyengar yoga with Angie Harris
Yoga for Cyclists is a weekly session run at Bike For Good South, to enable balance and help with flexibility, strength and wellbeing. It is beneficial to all, but especially for us cyclists!
Just come along, no need to book.
This runs:
– Wednesdays 6-7pm
– Thursdays 9-10am
– Thursdays 10-11am
