Meeting others in person
Always agree on a safe, public location to meet your Pedal Pal. Try to choose a public place in daylight hours or a well lit area, with other people nearby. It is recommended that the first time you meet with someone new to let a family member or close friend know where you are going, who you are meeting and what time you plan to return home, or if possible share your location through your mobile phone. You can also bring a friend or family member along the first time you meet. If possible, take a fully charged mobile phone with you incase you need to call for assistance.
If you’re looking for somewhere to meet with your Pedal Pal, we have Pedal Pals meet up points at both our West and South hubs, just look for the orange pavement signs.
