Got the knowledge and skills to maintain your bike yourself but don’t have the tools and the parts to do so?

Our ‘Fix Your Own Bike’  (FYOB) workshop is a space for do-it-yourself repairs and maintenance where you can rent a work-stand, use our tools and have our team of mechanics and volunteers advise you through the process while you do the work.

We have a wide range of new and used parts to help you keep your bike on the road. Unfortunately, we cannot work on tubeless tyres or bleeding of brakes in the sessions and these should instead be booked in as a repair with our workshop team.

Prices

  • £7 per hour – standard rate to use the fix your own bike space.
  • £15 per hour – pay it forward rate. If you can afford to donate more than the standard rate, this helps us to provide the service for those currently on a low or no income.
