A four-session introduction to Mountain Biking for adults.
We are offering this course aimed at beginners who want to try Mountain biking for the first time. Improve on your skills base to ride with friends or family, or just kick start a new hobby.
Our qualified staff will take you through a progressive 4 session course within a small group, where you build on your skills, develop your confidence and core techniques to a level where you can make big gains on your own.
We know there are barriers to participating in the weird and wonderful world of Mountain Biking. We have created this course to be as inclusive as possible.
We have tried to keep the cost as low as possible and included in the price is the provision of a bike, helmet and the core skills required to set you on your path to a future of Mountain Biking fun.
If you want to use your own bike, please make sure it is a working condition, preferably had a recent service and is suitable for off-road riding.
Dates for Course 1 are Thursdays : 27 June – 4 July – 11 July – 18 July
